You can upgrade your registration using “My Services” after logging in. Click “Upgrade” once you view your registration status. Details about your ongoing registration (ending date and remaining days) will be displayed in addition to the products that may be upgraded, requested fees (scaled according to the amount already debited for past registration), and the number of days remaining until the ending date.
Select the product and submit the request, whereupon a summary of the new registration will be displayed (please note that you may click “Cancel” at any time). If you wish to change your selection, you may click “Back” to choose the correct product and repeat the steps again.
Once you click “Confirm” on the requested registration, the shopping cart will be displayed. You may view the product and applicable fees which considers
the number of fees the customer has paid for the current registration and the days remaining from today to the ending date of the previous registration.
If you wish to cancel the product and not proceed with the transaction, click “Remove” on the right to return to the main menu.
Once you confirm your choice, a list of investment accounts will be displayed, which allows you to select the one you wish to debit from. When you click on “Finish Registration,” the selected investment account will be debited. The costs are charged based on real time, and the amount debited will be shown. You may click “Cancel” to stop the transaction at any time.
If you wish to review your registration, click “View Status” for details on the total debited amount and the single debited amount for each previous registration.
