Are you Registered to Al Mubasher Retail

 

On this page you are required to supply your user ID and Password. If you are new to Al Mubasher online banking then you must first register for the service. To register for this service you must be a current account holder at any of the Al Rajhi branches.

Note that; to register you do not need to visit our branches. You only need your account number and ATM card handy to register online! The registration for Al Mubasher Retail is FREE.

If you are not registered to Al Mubasher Retail

 

You can start the registration by clicking on the register link available on the upper right corner of the page. It would take you 3 to 10 minutes to register to the service. The registration page will provide you the necessary instructions and guide you through the registration process.
The registration process comprises of 4 broad steps;

  1. Login to E-banking Registration
  2. Select service
  3. Accept Agreement
  4. Specify your preferred User ID & Password

Already Registered but unable to Login

 

If you are registered to Al Mubasher Retail and unable to login, it could be due to one of the following reasons;

  1. You are providing an invalid User ID or Password
  2. Your user ID may be correct but your password is incorrect (See Reset Password)
  3. You have made 3 invalid password attempts (See Reset Profile)
  4. You are not registered to Al Mubasher Retail; Click on "register" link appearing in the top right corner of the page

Reset Password

 

Reset password facility is useful if you have forgotten your password but remember your User ID. In such a case you can click "reset password" button and assign a new password for the service. The new password takes effect instantly.

Reset Profile

 

In case you have performed 3 invalid password attempts while logging into any service (Al Mubasher, Jawal Al Rajhi, e-Tadawul) your profile will be automatically blocked by the system. In such a case an X mark will appear adjacent to the relevant service in the registration screen. In such a case you are required to click on "reset profile" button and re-register again for that particular service. You may use the same user ID and password while registering again.
