How To Access The Service:

Smart Devices Trading service is available for all Al Rajhi Capital customers free of charge. You can use the same user name and password used in Al Rajhi eTadawul along with the OTP code sent to your mobile to access this service. In the case of new client registration, please follow How To Register In The Service.

How To Register In The Service:

For new customers, the following information is required to complete the registration process:

Customer number (CIC), Portfolio Number in addition to the National ID / Iqama No.
After the availability of the required information you can subscribe by following the link "REGISTER NEW USER".
Your first login after the registration must be complete by Al Rajhi eTadawul to take advantage of this service.

Forgot Your Password Or Username:

If you have forgotten your password or username, Please click on "FORGOT PASSWORD" and follow the steps to reset your password.

Mobile Number Update:

To update your mobile number, please contact our Customer Service at 800-124-5858, or +966-920005856 (aboard), then choose no. (2) for English, and then login with your phone banking (CIC & password), then choose option number (6) to update your mobile number.
